I think they say that so your not surprised if it takes more than 3 or 4 months.

I m assuming that you are New Castle County. They seem to run slower than Kent or Sussex. Take the time to get comfortable carrying arounfd the house so it will not seem so strange when it finally arrives. Mine went in April 17 in Kent and the said 4-8 weeks. Good luck

Just a FYI. I submitted my application on March 17 and received my CCDW permit TODAY.

Yes I am in NCC.
Good idea to get used to wearing it as long as they don't deny me anyway.
Now to sign up for the gun class.

I took mine at First State Firearms. Good class all day on a Saturday or Sunday.

I took my class already at Delaware state firearms.
Long Sunday but we were home by 4 ish.
