Expired ccw permit
« on: July 14, 2013, 11:36:11 PM »
My ccw permit expired and I did not file the renewal papers. Do I need to go through the whole process of getting a new ccw or can I still use my renewal papers I have? I still have all of my original papers.

New and renewal use the same form. You just choose which it is in the top box.
If its a fairly recent expiration, I'd check "renewal" and go with it.

I agree... and you might consider delivering the renewal application by hand, and telling the Prothonotary what has happened. They will let you know if you need to reapply from scratch.
