Title: SCOTUS: cert. DENIED in Woollard case
Post by: Paladin4CA on October 15, 2013, 02:06:44 PM
What more need be said?  >:(

SCOTUS refused to hear another right-to-carry case, this one challenging MD's May Issue law.

Our next hope is the Drake case, from NJ, challenging their May Issue law. Our side has until 2013 Nov 27 to ask for cert.

I wouldn't hold my breath.  Lacking a state constitutional amendment most all these states are May/no issue

I think its crap the court did not take it but then again if all of those justices that did not see anything wrong with it had to live in Baltimore ( the bad part where obama won 99% of the vote) for 1 week without any bodyguards or guns they would rethink their position. I think many anti-gunners would.
