It appears that significant and inexpensive short cuts can get you a CCDW permit in Virginia thats recognized in Delaware. This may or may not be good. I read that you can take a 1 hour class on the internet and send in your application. Really??

I don't see a problem with it....

Ask Biden.

Just remember that out of state permits are only valid in Delaware for out of state residents.

Ask Biden.
No, dont. He will drop reciprocity with them.

Maybe not: he knows that at least two liberals like reciprocity... because I told him (two years ago, when I ran into him at the Acme) that my wife and I really appreciated his signing new reciprocity agreements.

Too many feel we should have to go through the police academy to obtain a permit....so many "support" the 2a and feel there should be infringements like carry permits.

Check the De. attorney's web site, Virginia is no longer on the list of states with which De. has reciprocity.

That means DE does not recognize VA. Need to check VA to see if they recognize DE

Delaware dropped Virginia's reciprical recognition earlier this month because Virginia only requires a 1 hour Internet course to get a ccw in Virginia. If you check the Delaware Attorney Generals' site you will see Virginia no longer appears there. I looked at Virginia and they still have Delaware listed as of now.
