Illegal aliens have a right to arms for self defense.
Now this is not to say illegal immigration is right but it underscores that possessing the means to defend yourself is a fundamental right.
Interesting that this is an Obama judge that early in 2022 had ruled against the plaintiff but by applying Bruen now has ruled this way.

I don't mean that in a negative way, but something just don't add up. If this is a perversion of democracy, can something be done about it?
