Submitted the paperwork in person in NCC on November 2, permit received in the mail today.

Submitted my renewal for FL non resident permit using the on-line app. Easy peasy. Still need to submit the manual fingerprint card however. Sent in on 1/12/17. Can take up to 45 days, but good for 7 years.
