Hope this holds up.

Here is a prime example why Hillary must not get a chance to put even one justice on the Supreme Court or any court for that matter. 

That is THE most important issue  in this election.  IMHO

This decision puts the Progressive/Liberals in a very bad position.

If they fight it, they will be accused of betraying the sexually challenged community.
If they don't, they will be accused of betraying the gun grabbers.

Hopefully, they will not even acknowledge the decision & quietly let it fade out of the limelight in order to save face.

Despite whatever your personal views are, the Pink Pistols are the perfect plaintiff for this type of case and the perfect example of why the 2A is still relevant in facilitating the protection of US citizens from opression.

No chance that the anti crowd can use the white middle aged "gun nut" argument with this one.

Unfortunately this is just a temporary victory as the full circuit court in that district has already shot down a similar "victory" in the Woolard case from Maryland.

The full circuit court is made up of mainly liberals so we know the results.
