Judge Roger Benitez of the 9th Federal Circuit has been ?disciplined? and sanctioned to trying to send a message to the at risk daughter of a defendant. 

Judge Benitez has consistently upheld second amendment rights in the liberal ninth circuit and he?s despised by the enemies of freedom.

Obviously  this sanctioning is meant to stifle Judge Benitez.

I would ad an amendment to allow someone to ban themselves from being on a high bridge.  Or owning a piece of rope.

Also ban themselves from owning a knife, scissors, and most over the counter cold medications.

...or REASON, does there not have to be a problem in order for 'them' to propose legislation in the first place?

Well, technically that would be a firearm since the bat's being launched by the guns.  In all seriousness, however, this is in the category of things that prove our elected overlords are not terribly well educated and seek to have subjects to rule over as opposed to citizens who may act as a check upon their authority.  Unfortunate for the citizenry of Delaware, most believe the propaganda, and most are aligned with our overlords; they are happy to be subjects.
