I saw you in there at your appeal last week.  You represented yourself very well.  You got lucky because Judge Wallace is not one of the gun friendly judges!   Congrats.

Unfortunately, I must agree with you. In the state of Delaware it is a privilege not a right.

Congratulations on the permit. I'm very glad you pursued the appeal. Enjoy the trip to Lancaster and enjoy the Pa LTC. It sure is nice to be able to carry in Philly when ya visit!
