As a DE resident, I have a DE and PA license. Do PA residents have the choice of what Sheriff's office they apply to or do they have to apply to the county they live in? Just wondering since non-residents can pick and choose. Thanks!

I believe it's the county in which they live in.

Without looking it up I'm with Radnor. But, how do you have both?
-
Well, OP is DE res, so he has DE. OP said has PA, assuming LTCF issued to non-res like most of us have here.
I have PA from Centre Co and the good old days of doing it through the mail. Mine expires this year and will
have to visit the sheriff's office.

Bmel, go back to Deloc where you belong, this subject has been discussed for months here.

Hope you are joking Frank. Some of us belong to multiple gun forums. Play nice.

Went right over my head! I was thinking DE and PA driver license. Thought he was referring to a PA resident's choice. Got it now, lol.

According to the USACarry web site:
Issuing Authority:
Sheriff of the county in which you reside or if a resident of a city of the first class, with the chief of police of that city.
I did the research, so you don't have to.

What do you mean by that?
