For those who may not know about this. The Delaware On Line Code is available here:

Title 11, Chapter 4, 461 to 471 deal with the justifiable use of deadly force.
Title 11, Chapter 5, Subchapter VII, Subpart A, 1441 to 1461 deals with the use of firearms, the concealed permit procedure and the Safe School and Recreation Zone.
If you do read this please have a bottle of Visine handy. It WILL make your eyes bleed!
