NH non-resident permit

Anyone apply for the NH non resident since they changed the rules? It's no longer a requirement to have a resident state permit. Cost's $100 for 4 years. No prints or photo. Simple one page form.

For those with DE resident, and PA & FL non resident, NH gets you zero extra states according to http://www.handgunlaw.us/LicMaps/ccwmap.php

FL will get you more states than NH, but you need to be fingerprinted and photographed.

I don't have DE resident so it leaves me out for at least PA. Not sure about Florida.
