MagGuts has developed several modifications for .380 pistols that increase the capacity of the magazine by one round and still retains the same external size as the original factory magazine.
They have conversions for Kahr, Kel-Tec, Glock, Ruger, Sig Sauer, and Smith & Wesson.

It's nice to have that extra round!

I ordered a few for our LCPs for that extra round. They all function perfectly after putting 150 rounds through each mag last year. Since then they have continued to run without any issues. Expensive but so are firearms, ammo, training, etc.

Based on your review, I ordered one for my wife's Sig 380.

I know you know this but it is always good to prep the magazine. Clean the mag inside and out. Polish any rough edges on the mag body, follower and springs. Make sure the follower moves freely in the mag body without rubbing or jamming. This should be done for any mag and will allow the mag to function properly.
