Title: Driving Record for less than 5 years in DE
Post by: BartExp on August 04, 2021, 03:17:40 PM
Question: I was told at my CCW Class that the driving record was no longer needed if a DE resident less than 5 years.  I just called the Prothonotary's Office, and they confirmed that the rules have not changed.  Has anyone heard any different?

I believe this only applies to applicants who have lived out of state in the past 5 years.
