Has anyone received a follow up phone call from investigator?

I turned in the CCDW packets yesterday (in Kent county) for my husband and myself.  The clerk told me that everything looked to be in order, and that I might receive a follow up phone call from the investigator because we only put "for protection of person and property" as a reason for application.

Has anyone received that follow up phone call?

I didn't recieve any follow up at all.  Then again my reason to carry detailed specific threats.

We did not when we applied. We are in NCC and put "protection of self and property" for our reason. I wanted to citie the Second Amendment, but my wife, instructor, and several friends advised me not to.


Why should we have to explain why we want to practice a right provided by the Constitution.
