A note to those getting ready to file a Delaware CCW application. You must sign the application in front of the clerk at the Prothonotaries office. Do not pre-sign it. They will not notorized it. They must see you sign it. Learn from my mistake.

Yes, you must sign any document to be notarized in front of the notary.
I am a notary in Delaware if anyone needs anything notarized.
