This is pathetic. Guy shoots a fleeing rapist and a witness even says it was not murder. He wont talk about it because of the grand jury coming up, but come on.

Then again this is NY what do we expect?

The cops aren't there to be the judge and jury on a case. They gather the facts, evidence, etc and present it which then means the courts do their job.

I don't think anyone in their right mind would not arrest this guy until everything is sorted out.

I agree with Moosie on this one.

It will be interesting to see what prompted those 4 shots.
