I am into week 11 now and if all goes well should hear in 2 more weeks. This of course is a guess based on pop pop's experience. Still no notice, call or reference contact. Really wish there was a way to track the progress like Florida uses.

What kind of system does FL use Bulldog?

They have a unique tracking number on their applications unless I am confusing them with AZ I have the paperwork for both, the idea is you can track your app so you have a clue what's going on with it

It is Florida but they only have two status' processing and sent. What would really be nice is being able to see all the steps it goes through. BTW you can check the status for FL by phone and online

I just got my permit today :) it took 10 weeks in Kent County which is not that bad.

Thanks, I called again Monday and still wasn't back she said she still had 30 renewals and 1 poor bastard who has been waiting since November. I will keep checking and looking for the "precious" permit. How is your carrying going?

Misery loves company, I am in the same boat......this Wed will be 12 weeks! I submitted mine on May 1st. Sucks they don't process applications in the order they were received. Silly me, I was thinking 6-8 weeks for KC.

NCC here and submitted in Feb.. Still waiting for ours. I haven't checked the mail at all aside from every couple days to get it. Gets here when it gets here as I see it. Would be nice to see it soon though!
I'd expect you'll see it soon living in Kent County. Patients ;D

As of Friday the 26th I have reached 13 weeks of the 8 week process. Yeah me!!!!

Bulldog, I've been watching your progress because I submitted about two weeks after you. So I figure when you get yours mine will follow shortly! That is until I saw that some have come sooner! I called yesterday to follow up and was told the person that handled the permits was out until Monday. I left a voicemail. So the wait continues! I was at 10 weeks this past Wed.

Louis I feel your pain, I will keep updating as info becomes available. I did get a weird email yesterday from delaware sportsman talking about how the ag is slowboating apps and how they want us to have to qual yearly on the carry weapon. The most disturbing part was that they wanted to limit your carry gun to 1 and have the permit be specific to the gun. I hope it's crap but nothing is outside of the realm with these nutcases

I go the same email so we must be on the same email list. I would not put anything past AG Biden as he is following the VP and Obummer.
We must be prudent and make sure this kind of proposed legislation does not go anywhere.
