Title: Under 21 CCW?

I have received a pistol from my father for my 20th birthday to shoot at the range (as i have with him for many years). Am i allowed to apply for my CCW?

ยง 1441. License to carry concealed deadly weapons.

(a) A person of full age and good moral character desiring to be licensed to carry a concealed deadly weapon for personal protection or the protection of the person's property may be licensed to do so when the following conditions have been strictly complied with:

Yes you can.  My instructor went into depth about this subject.

I know of one 19 year old that has received his CCDW Permit from New Castle County. 

Just remember for a reason, ONLY PUT "Personal Protection, Property Protection, or Both".  He did not write anything else for a reason.

I do that the AG Investagetor did contact a few of his references.  But He received his permit with no restrictions.
