How do you guys go about this?

Does the News Journal have a website and you fill the add and pay?  ;D

I don't know if there is an online form. When we prepared my wife's application in April 2010, we did it entirely via Email.
PM sent, because I don't want to post the person's Email address on a public forum.

Yes, you can do the whole thing online. 

https://njclassified.delawareonline.com/webbase/en/std/jsp/WebBaseMain.do  Under "Announcements" choose Notices...

It's also easy to just walk in the News Journal building on rte 141. The receptionist has the forms, and takes care of everything.

Regardless of method, don't worry about the format: TNJ has it standardized word for word just as the court requires. They just plug in your name and address.

The publication needs to run 10 times???? Thought it only had to run 1 time at least 10 days prior to applying.

It has to run 1 time in the paper. And you have to wait at least ten days after it runs to submit your application.

I think you need to contact them. I checked out the link, and it doesn't appear to be quite right for the "gun permit" announcement.
Send that lady (from the PM) an Email... she knows the drill.
