So how did you pass the time.....

......after you turned in your application? This waiting game is killing me! LOL! It's only been a month...so I guess I better get used to it....

I don't remember what I did back in 2005 -- the wait was only two months back then -- but I remember what I didn't do: I did not spend any (more) money on things I would need for concealed carry. I was afraid to jinx it.
Last year, as we waited six months for my wife's permit, we did the same thing. After it came in, then we started worrying about holsters and such.

You are right there..... I am not even looking at holsters yet.... Don't want to jinx it... 2 months would be great. Should have applied a long time ago..... 6 months is killer....

It was a killer. 

I'm in a waiting pattern now.  I  applied for a new cert and it will be 90 days or more.

I'm knocking off rounds at the range.  Researching holsters and ammo.  Month and a half wait so far....

I only got 3 weeks down! they told me 4 to 6 months....man that is a long time!
I'm getting married in less than 9 months now...I hate the waiting game!
i don't want to buy anything else in the meantime either.
