Delegate Mike Smigiel is asking everyone to call Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, Joe Vallario at 410-841-3488 to request he let House Bill 9 out of committee. (Reciprocity)

Phone call will take all of 30 seconds.   Lady asks if you are for or against, name, and phone number.
