I want to purchase a S&W M&P 15-22 rifle.  Can  a Delaware dealer sell it to me?

Yes, but you can't take possession of the rifle.  You need to have the dealer (ffl) ship it to a ffl in Florida for you to pick up in Florida.

yes you can buy the rifle and take possession of it..no need to ship out to FL....Pistols and receivers are the exception....they need to be transferred by a dealer in your home state..

Some state residents do have restrictions but not FLorida. Have a buddy from MD to bought some rifles from a buddy that is also on this site. They are still at the MD ffl.
