Interesting contrast between DE and PA

(1/7) > >>

KGrans:
So my DE CCDW permit finally arrived in the mail on Saturday. 178 days since they cashed my check... I work in Philly, so wanted to also apply for PA - which for out-of-state residents requires a copy of your home state's carry permit. Anyway, York PA is one of the only "close by" PA counties currently accepting non-resident applications. It's all done online, so I applied online yesterday (Sunday). This morning, I received an email that my application has been approved, and instructions to make an appointment to pick it up in person, with available slots open as soon as today!

Radnor:
BEFORE covid, I did reading intl airport. In/out 15 minutes w/ltcf in hand.

Jzint81:
Congrats! What website did you go to, to apply for PA? I know the judge signed off on mine on 10-15. Still waiting for it to show up. I’m gonna do PA As well.

Radnor:
No website needed precovid.

Had application in hand. But again this was precovid

Clarence:
Many counties are illegally refusing to accept applications from out of state.  Even so called “constitutional” sheriffs like Bunny in Chester County and Berks County.  For now we will have to travel to central PA
