So was the closing of many private businesses. but that does not bother the gument. That pesky Constitution is always getting in their way.

Amazing after 3 years of BS we are told to go back to wearing masks. But thats a different subject.

Every once in a while there is a small glimmer of hope that our rights will hang around a little longer. Hopefully SCOTUS will bring us a win this summer on the CCW front.

At least in my area of Sussex County many are totally ignoring the mandate.

If a person with a mask on tries to stop you from going about your business, inform them of Title 5 Section 1301 (g)of the Delaware Code:
. g. Congregating with other persons in a public place while wearing masks, hoods or other garments rendering their faces unrecognizable, for the purpose of and in a manner likely to imminently subject any person to the deprivation of any rights, privileges or immunities secured by the Constitution or laws of the United States of America.
The above is classed as a misdemeanor.

Good one, I'll have to make a note of that. But likely won't work, Constitution just gets in their way, ignore it.
-
Clarance, do you know when and why that code was included in Delaware's Constitution?

It was put in to curtail KuKluxKlan intimidation. But I propose to see if it can be used to deter Karen type mask aficionados. :) Not sure when but most of these laws were put in place in the early 1950’s.
