Title: possible reason for denial?
Post by: dnewm on February 15, 2015, 07:36:30 PM
Hello all,

I'm new to the group, lurked for quite awhile though.

I sent my packet into the prothonotary 2/13/15 but I think I might get denied. Let me know what you guys think. About 8 years ago I was arrested for criminal mischief and resisting arrest, I basically told the cop "this must be a joke you are really going to arrest me for kicking a flower pot" and they hit me with the resisting arrest. I have no other blemishes other than the usual speeding ticket here and there. 2 total. Do you think I'm going to get denied?

I should also mention that I recently got a job at the del city refinery and passed the background check for my twic card so I hope they feel that, since I'm responsible enough to work in a high security area  I would be responsible with my ccdw.

Everything is possible...If (and hopefully you don't) you get denied, let me know I have a good attorney that can represent you in the appeal process.......Best of luck..

Thanks, I will keep in touch if it comes to that. Hopefully it doesn't though.
