Title: Firearm Law Attorney Recommendation?
Post by: Kit Up! on February 27, 2012, 02:23:02 PM
I've checked the brochure - ite recommends to have a number for a good firearms law attorney on hand.  Anyone have a few names I could vet?

Don't need one now, just prepping for the "what if"

Thanks,
Keith

You will need the services of a @@@@ good criminal defense attorney. Preferably in your county. Don't rely on the lawyer that handled you real estate deal, divorce, or a will.  I'm talking "Criminal Defense" lawyer. The BIG BOYS. Why? Because there are people in the Attorney Generals office just waiting to make an example of CCDW owners in court.
I even know of people that were turned down by associates for CCDW permits by them because of their personal feelings on guns. It had to go to the Attorney General on appeal to get the permit.
