Well I'm officially a permit holder!!   Submitted the app September 16th, and received my permit today.  So 9 1/2 weeks, I never really thought about it, so the time actually went pretty quick.

Congrats. Filed my paperwork in Wilmington this past Tuesday (November 29th).

Was told to expect 3-4 months.

How long into the wait did you get the letter from the AG's office ?

We say that because Delaware is a "may issue" state. Also as OldGrey has said in the past, although more eloquently, "the more law abiding citizens that carry, the safer it is for me and my family."

3 of my references were not contacted.  I haven't had a chance to talk to the other 2.
