Title: SB85
Post by: Radnor on July 04, 2023, 06:11:44 PM
Not that it will go anywhere but.....

I was waiting to see how long before someone would post about this.  I guess since it did not appear on breitbart, our local constitutional carry expert has no clue what going on in his home state.

I saw it and chuckled that it was printed in the News Urinal.  Its chances of passage are most likely ZERO!  Rather the progressives would prefer to ban all guns.

I see Bidne once again calling for "assault" weapon bans, and/or more gun control.  How about some criminal control???  I suggest 5 years minimum w/no chance to bargain away the charge.  10 years if the firearm is used during the commission of a crime.  In lieu of that, how about just enforcing the laws on the books?????

I saw this too. I have my doubts that any piece of legislation brought by a republican in delaware has a chance,  let alone anything gun related

Saw this on NRA and Delaware Gun Rights.   Waste of time.  Not happening.

We could make that happen if we could get the voters to wake up.  The dems are able to get voters out, even my dead parents voted for Biden.  How do we get the voters out???  If the last few years don't do it, we are doomed as a free country.
