Carneys budget??

Nothing in the paper about his budget with regards to more gun laws?????  Are they going to sneak this on thru at midnight?

They already missed their opportunity to vote on permit to purchase first thing.  I'm sure they are gonna take full advantage of that federal gun package from the other year

I think it passed somewhere along the line; they just can't find financing.

Permit to purchase is said to be funded by Carney and included in our budget sooo... it will be on the schedule when they start back up in March.
The issue (with funding) is, it's only funded for $2.7 million, which is what they say it will cost to implement. The cost to function permit to purchase after that will jump to $8 million.
$3 million tax dollars to implement.
$8 million more tax dollars annually to actually function it.
No wonder the Democrat led Legislature blocked the bill that would have given you a big tax break. Gotta get their gun control and probation & parole reform bills passed. That's $40 million added to the plates of tax payers for LESS safety.

Wrong! The bad guys will be more safe because the good guys will be less likely to be able to shoot back
