Am I correct in assuming You don't need to be re-finger printed on a renewal ?

CORRECT. New app, photos (2), and $65.00.

Thank you, that's what I thought but my memory some times is lacking.
-
How early can you renew? Dose the state send you app or just print? Thanks

ALL Delaware permits expire on May 31st of a given year. You can renew as early as the 1st business day in Jan of the year your permit expires.
They WILL NOT notify you of the pending expiration of your permit.

Thank You!

It’s actually immaterial as you are good to carry as long as you have applied. Do keep a copy of your canceled check as proof though.

Mailed mine yesterday 1/3 to Kent. I'll advise when I receive it.

Hello,
I thought I would pass on that received my renewal yesterday 4/25/24 and sent in on 3/4/24. NCC About the same time as before.

Thanks for the update. Everyone should do this.
-
Nice. Good to get an idea of the processing time in NCC.

By no one's fault but my own, I completely forgot this is a renewal year for me. I dropped my renewal off at the Prothonotary's office yesterday morning after my calendar finished. I'll keep a clocked in copy of the application and receipt in me car. We shall see how long this takes on a "late" renewal application.
