Hello all, about 6 years ago I got a ticket for inattentive driving. I was working long hours every day and it was at night and I fell asleep and rear ended a car. I was wondering if anyone knows if this will get me denied? The only other thing I may have on my record is a speeding ticket I got 5 years ago, but I didn't get points from it. I applied and dropped everything off in Wilmington on 1/16 and I have been wondering if that ticket will get me denied.
Thanks
Jeff

Probably shouldn't be an issue. I had to wait 141 days to get mine (as did a friend of mine). I had an underage consumption of alcohol charge on my record from college (won't say how long ago). They didn't care about that.

OK great, thanks a lot, I am at 105 days now so I probably have a little over a month left.

Almost there! Just don't keep expecting it to be in your mailbox until next month. I waited until my friend got his before I started checking & hoping. He submitted his paperwork a month before me and a month after he got his, I got mine.
Good luck!

I went away for a month so I couldn't check. Wife called the week I left saying our permits had arrived.. After almost 8 months! It was 3 weeks after that before I returned home to get it. :D

Yeah I keep wanting to check the mail box as soon as I get home even though I know it will be about another month or so. Alright thanks have a good one.

To speed things up it's vital that you rearrange your schedule so that you can be waiting at the mailbox every day when the mailman arrives. ;D
