ccw permit in sussex county

I turned in all my paperwork on 4-8-15 to the Sussex cty protonotarty they told it would take from 10 to 12 weeks to receive the permit. How long has it taken for any recent applicants?

It took me about 9 weeks but that was over a year ago.
