If you choose to carry another caliber post what you carry
-
.40 has just taken the lead.
-
I voted "other" because I carry 10mm Auto.
-
Looks like .40 is the winner of this one. Why do you all shoot .40 over other cartridges?
-
While the caliber is there, those that carry revolvers know the difference between .38 and .38+P.
-
I carry 9mm and or 45acp
-
Same as above
-
I carry 9mm and at times 45acp

I think it's because .40 punches a bigger hole without requiring a larger-framed and/or heavier weapon.
I like the idea of bigger holes, but I want them to be deeper as well, which is why my .400" bullets come from a slightly longer case than others...

.45 most of the time for me. sometime a 9.
-
.40
-
9mm, .45acp, 10mm depending on where and when.
-
I don't see an option for 500 Nitro Express??? ;D
-
Usually .40 or .45 as a primary, with a 9mm back up
