My wife's new Delaware CCDW arrived a week ago, after a six-month wait.
Last Monday, we mailed her PA LTCF application to the Centre County sheriff... and guess what arrived in the mail today, five days later?

Now thats what I call efficiency!

We just helped my best friend prepare his PA LTCF application this afternoon (we have a scanner & a laser printer).
He'll mail it tomorrow, and I'll post his results too.

Congrats to you and your wife Oldgrey- that's awesome! It must be nice having 2 permit holders in the family. I just finally got my wife to even carry pepper spray! I'm still working on her though. :) Take care, Pete D.---

I got my PA permit Monday. It took 5 days too. I mailed my info to the Centre County Sheriff just like you. Thats who I recommend mailing your info to.

I sent my ap. in to centre county on dec 1st and recieved it today dec 8th ;D. looks like I need to make another trip to staples for a shrinking and laminating job. I see I need to sign 2 of the papers and send them back to them, I didnt know that . They are FAST !!

Another love letter to Centre County Sheriff office, 6 months wait for Delaware permit, 6 day wait for PA, Centre County. Anyone know obvious restrictions in major cities, ie., Philadelphia allowed to carry, no restrictions except what is listed in Handgunlaws for the state?
-
If I remember correctly, you can't carry at the sports stadiums. I think either Muleman or Sig has info on this. Aside from that, I dont know of any.

Philadelphia OC or CC require a LTCF. Restrictions: Federal buildings, courts and schools, and casinos.

Legally allowed to...some events wand you, some do not.

Seems reasonable...

I dont carry when I go to the Flyer's games first we get there early and park real close, second they do random wandings not that I'm truly worried. But most important my FAT @@@ barley fits the seat now I can t imagine loosing that half inch of space I have between me and the seat.

I've got my application ready and was wondering if I had to include any photos for centre county. I have photo copied front and back of state id and carry and conceal license from delaware along with application and 26 dollar check. Oh and a self addressed envelope with six stamps on it for first class.
-
My wife just got her new Centre County LTCF without sending photos.
-
Yeah, they have a space for a photo on the PA LTCF but it says "Valid without photo" in the square. I thought after I sent the application that "Oh, no, did I have to send a photo?" But, no, not required.
-
Thank you for the information guys.
-
Well I sent it off monday. The wait begins. Can't be too bad.
-
LOL, you'll have it for Christmas! Actually, you should have it sometime early next week if you don't get it this week. Mine was SUPER fast. I mean ridiculous... like 2 days!

Received it today. You are right fast compared to delaware.
