Newark Post affidavit?

The Newark Post sent me a "certificate of publication" and I am wondering if this is the affidavit. Just want to make sure before I see the prothonotary. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They sent me thatt with a cut out of the article taped to the paper. I turned it in with my application
