filing question

do i have to file this twice as stated in here, 7. New Applications (May Be Filed At Any Time)
 You must file the new application and a duplicate copy. Also what should the typical ad say in the paper(the guide) when i post it other than my name and address. guess i could look in the guide to seee

Make 2 copies of EVERYTHING.

File an original and a COMPLETE copy.
Keep 2nd copy if they misplace something.

Write your name on the back of the photos.

When you call the paper for the ad, they will ask you
your full name & address.  They have the format needed
and will take care of that.

Then WAIT.........
