residency
« on: September 22, 2016, 03:41:28 PM »
Hi, I been a resident for 8 months in Sussex county. I have 5 References for which I have know from 11 years to as long as 30+ years all Sussex county residents. I hold several Non Resident CCW permits. Is there any reason I should not be able to apply for my Delaware CCW?

None that I can think of. As long as you have your references you should be good. I'd highly suggest you get your complete drivers extract/record from the DMV of your prior state of residency since you are a new resident. They will request it so might as well just submit it up front.

Welcome to Sussex County, @Adrenolin is correct. You will need your previous states driving record.
Welcome to the forum and relax during your wait for your CCDW.
