My Introduction

My name is Paul Garchinsky and I am new to DECCW.  I moved from New Germany (oops Jersey) ;)  7 years ago and never looked back. I do not miss all the rules.
I have lived in Milton for the past 7 years and for the past year I have successfully become a FFL. It took about 9 months of work with all the usual speed bumps and denied approvals mostly from Local Milton Council Members along with Planning and Zoning. I had the help of Senator Ernie Lopez and Representative Steve Smyk and they still denied me.
 However here I am today currently holding a FFL License and I am off and running. I also Have carry permits in PA and FL (obviously DE).  I just wanted to to an introduction and say I am excited to have a forum for our great state.

Welcome! I also escaped; in my case, Ruskyland. Always feel a sense of relief when returning home to DE from elkton or Annapolis.
