The US Supreme Court in a 9-0 vote backs the 2nd Amendment against government confiscation of citizens guns:

In my opinion, it was a 4th amendment decision, not 2nd. Not about the right to possess but protection from unlawful search and seizure. Probably why all 9 agreed on it. A true 2nd amendment case will likely never be unanimous, as a guess.
