Title: Hand grip from plastic to rubber.

Hey guy's just want know if anyone have any info. on how to replace the plastic hand grip on a Smith & Wesson 908. No screws afraid to force and pry them off anyone ever replaced hand grips on the 908 semi auto pistol.

It can be a pita as they are on quite tight. First you need to remove the pin on the lower rear corner of the grip. Using a punch you should be able to push it through and out by hand however a few taps from a mallet may be required to start it. Once the pin is removed the grip itself slides off rearward but again its on very tightly so a bit of persuading may be needed to assist it. Hope this helps.

Thanks got the new pistol grips about a week ago. They were very very easy to install and they look and fill great,thanks for your help.
