This is part of what is getting pushed now by out AG. " The first would guarantee a one-year mandatory sentence for illegally carrying a concealed weapon". It sounds good but I wonder what would happen if a law was passed in a town that made it illegal to carry ( like their trying to do) and a person with a Permit didn't know and was stopped in that town? Would you spend a year in the clink?? I'm for the law but I hope they don't make it hard to keep track of where you can and can't carry.what do you think?
