Just another new member but long time lurker of the DECCW Site.  I am also a member of the www.deloc.org site.  I turned in my DE CCDW app last month and am patiently waiting.  I am a resident in Newark, DE which is in NCC, So I am in for a bit of a wait for my permit to arrive.  I currently open carry in Wilmington when I pickup rent from my tenants.  This is the reason why I applied for a conceal permit.  Looking forward to posting my experiences here.
