Long Title: AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES OF NEW CASTLE COUNTY.
Synopsis: This bill will permit the government of New Castle County to regulate the possession of a firearm on County-owned property or on property that is leased by or to New Castle County.
