Title: Gunsmith needed

Can anyone point to a gunsmith that can repair and restore older firearms around the turn of the 20th century?  I'd like to find one that is in New Castle or Kent county or if need be in SE Pennsylvania.  I'm looking for one capable of bluing and fabricating any part no longer available from Brownells, Numich, etc.
