Title: Private sale to out of state resident

Can I perform a face to face shotgun transaction with a Maryland resident without a FFL dealer? Maryland residents can perform these type of transactions on unregulated firearms between each other. I believe our private party sale laws concern De resident to DE resident. What do you know or think? Thanks!

No, you cannot do private sales without FFL across state line.
