As unbelievable as it seems, Puerto Rican laws governing carrying and purchasing firearms in Puerto Rico have apparently been declared unconstitutional by a tribunal court of the first instance ( remember Puerto Rico is under the Napolianic Code not Common Law)

This must be a real slap at the Hillary types as the plantifs in the case are the " Damas de la Segunda Enmienda" (The women of the Second Amendment) An Hispanic women's self defense group on the island.

Let's hope this hold up. Again this is not a Federal Court decision but rather a Commonwealth of Puerto Rico decision. Basicly says that anything above and beyond federal law is unconstitutional in Puerto Rico.

*****update:   The AG is going to appeal this.
