I mailed my app in Feb 23 and the prothonotary's office received it Feb 25. A little over 4 months. What a long process compared to other states.

Congratulations!!  only a 4 month wait thats not bad at all considering some have waited much longer. Mine took 5 long excruciating months to come.  LOL

With more and more people applying it will probably take longer and longer to get. Can't see the Liberal Progressive Delaware Government adding more people to the payrolls to issue gun permits.

States/cities/counties are struggling to find money. Issuing carry permits is an income source.
