Title: Vehicle storage
Post by: airman1968 on March 19, 2017, 03:00:25 PM
Good Morning all!!!
I'm sure this issue has been talked about before. Vehicle storage if you are carrying and need to go to a location that you can not carry, (government bldg, school, etc..) can I lock my weapon and magazine in a secure vault in my vehicle? And be legal. Yes I have a CCDW.

Thanks

I use a gunvault nano series . Mine has a combo style lock and has a cable to attach it to seat mount . You can buy extra cables and move it from 1 vehicle to another easily if needed .

Not a simple answer. Not allowed in US Post Office parking lot. Don't even think of going onto Dover AFB with a firearm. Usually a lockable case is allowed but use caution.
