Title: ATF Reverses Use of Pistol Brace Opinion
Post by: MarkB on April 25, 2017, 02:38:42 PM
The ATF has reversed their opinion that shouldering a pistol with a pistol stabilizing brace creates a NFA weapon.  You can now, legally, shoulder a pistol with a pistol brace without violating the law.

New President, new SCOTUS Judge, new rules.  Does this new consideration include removable stocks like the luger?

I fully expect to do my own homework, just asking.
